Custom or Bulk Orders: For custom or bulk orders, processing time may take up to 5-7 business days. We will notify you of any additional time required during order confirmation.
Business Days
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays
While we aim to meet our processing timeframe, there may be occasional delays due to high order volume, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Refund/Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
Lipgloss, Body Scrub, Body Butter, Hair Oil: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Candles: Candles can be returned if unused and in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Used or opened products cannot be returned.
Items purchased on sale or with a discount are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Return Process
